- All deposits are processed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka).
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.

- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of fraud or suspicious activity.
kgb88 is not liable for delays in withdrawals caused by technical issues or payment provider problems. However, in such situations our support team will provide every possible assistance.
kgb88 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before accepting.
- A 120% bonus on the first deposit is available up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
- Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.
- After accepting the bonus, wagering must be completed within the specified time limit.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
- Bonus offers cannot be combined with one another unless explicitly permitted.
- If any irregularity or misuse is detected in bonus activity, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
- kgb88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.

- Harassment, threats or abusive behaviour towards staff.
If any of the above violations are detected, kgb88 may terminate the account, confiscate the balance and, where necessary, notify the relevant authorities.
kgb88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of the Terms.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Participating in prohibited activities.
- Non-cooperation with the KYC verification process.
- Legal restrictions or regulatory directives.
A user may request termination of their own account at any time through the support team. The available balance may be withdrawn before termination, however any balance that includes a bonus where the wagering requirement has not been met will be forfeited.
kgb88 always strives to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service. However, our liability is limited in the following areas:
- Loss caused by technical errors, server outages or internet connection problems.
- Delays or failures by third-party payment services.
- Unauthorised access to an account due to the user's own negligence or failure to keep their password confidential.
- Financial loss resulting from gaming activity — this is entirely at the user's own risk.
- Unforeseen events (Force Majeure) such as natural disasters, cyber attacks or government intervention.
In no circumstances will kgb88's total liability exceed the value of the transaction in question.
